PRICES NOT INCLUDE CHRISTMAS HOLIDAYS, NEW YEAR'S
EVE, EPIPHANY, EASTER, 1° MAY, 8 DECEMBER, 25 APRIL, 2 JUNE AND ALL THE
SAINTS HOLIDAYS
USUALLY ARRIVALS ARE ON SATURDAY directly to the reserved
apartment between 3.00 PM and 7.00 PM. The apartment should be left the
next Saturday by 10.00 AM. Please inform us, if arrivals and departures
take place at different hours.
The apartment is paid independently of the number of people occupying
them.
We rent on a traditional Saturday-to-Saturday time period. Check-in time 4
p.m - check out time 10 a.m.
Price doesN’T include the consumption of firewood for fireplace or
barbecue; is not included in the price and should be paid additionally
according to the consumption.
Prices include:
- electricity
- water
- weekly linen change (sheets and towels)
- final cleaning
- use of the outdoor pool, of the garden, of the wooden gazebos, the
woods right around the resort, the barbecue and the oven with firewood.
Heating is NOT included, but is available on request. It must be
paid in additionally, at the cost of € 1,00 per litre of consumed gas.
In the event of cancellation the guest must pay the following amounts:
- 20% of the total amount if 30 days prior to arrival
- 30% of the total amount if 29 to 21 days prior to arrival
- 50% of the total amount if 20 to 11 days prior to arrival
- 75% of the total amount if 10 to 02 days prior to arrival
- 100% in the case of non-arrivals
These amounts should be paid also by those who are not able to make the
trip due to the lack of personal and travel documents.
No refund is foreseen for those who suspend the ongoing journey.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: Euro 150,00 per apartment to be paid upon arrival
and reimbursed at the time of departure.
ANIMALS: not allowed.
